I'm Adam Watson, the face of Phoenix K9 Services. My love for animals started when I was just a kid. I grew up on a show horse ranch; my dad, uncle, and grandpa are all in the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame. Naturally, I started training show horses at a young age, and that's when I began learning how to develop connection and trust with animals. Those early years were my crash course in mastery and fueled my genuine love for animals, laying the groundwork for all the training I do with canines now.

From Ranch Life to Educational Adventures

In my teenage years, I had the privilege of working with a program that provided educational programs in schools with exotic animals. From lions and tigers to bears and monkeys, I actively participated in shows and contributed to training these incredible creatures, even having my very own camel, Jasmine.

Into the World of Hounds

Over 15 years ago, my journey veered towards big game hounds. By age 15, I was deeply immersed in training and working with Plott hounds, specializing in the pursuits of hogs and bears. This newfound passion became the cornerstone of my evolving story.

Phoenix K9 Services

Six years ago, I started Phoenix K9 Services. Dog training isn't just a passion; it's my calling. And thus, the business was born. You will be hard-pressed to find someone more passionate about dogs and dog training than me. I care deeply about not only the dogs I work with but the owners, handlers, and programs I equip. My goal is always the long term success of every team I work with whether it is an owner and their pet dog or a full police department program.

International Recognition and Military Collaboration

Today, I proudly hold international accreditation and carry a letter of recommendation from the Army. Having trained with industry experts, absorbing invaluable knowledge, I find immense joy in sharing my expertise. Our training programs extend beyond borders, reaching multiple departments across the country and even internationally.
